Recently Coach Wade, our Independent Living Program (ILP) Life Coach shared what he finds most fulfilling about his role. He really loves helping young men figure out their futures and showing them different paths they can take to succeed. He also stresses how important it is for the ILP to provide young men a place to live and help them with things like money and education.

One standout moment he mentions is when he and a resident had a tough time finishing a project. Even though they didn't succeed right away, it brought them closer together and built trust. This highlights the value of perseverance and the bonds that can form through shared challenges.
