OUR YOUTH CARE SPECIALISTS
In addition to the leadership team above, Bald Ridge Lodge employs several Youth Care Specialists (YCS). These full and part-time professionals work in teams of two over 3 shifts in a 24-hour period to provide supervision and support for the residents who call Bald Ridge Lodge home.
