Thanks to you, lives were changed and futures impacted. Families have been reunited. Young adults have been empowered to live independently. Former residents have been supported in their journeys toward stability.
Thanks to YOU, seventeen (17) residents found a safe and supportive home in the Group Home and 89% of residents experienced uninterrupted placement or a voluntary discharge—key indicators of success.

Your generosity extends beyond the walls of our Group Home, helping former residents navigate life’s challenges. In 2024, 15 individuals received continued support through our Aftercare Program, including coaching, guidance, emotional support, and access to critical resources. With your support, we remain a lifeline for former residents and their support systems.
For young adults aging out of foster care or overcoming homelessness, our Independent Living Program provides the stability they need to succeed. Last year, we served 6 residents.

Finally, 178 dedicated volunteers gave their time and talents to mentor, tutor, provide meals, complete projects and lead activities. Together, they contributed 790 hours of service, a value of $25K—a priceless investment in the future of our youth.
